Ethics approval and consent to participate
: During this review, ethical practices were applied. The authors have aimed for transparency, accuracy, and the avoidance of plagiarism. The review followed a structured guideline provided by PRISMA [] and was registered at PROSPERO with registration number CRD42018085209. This study is part of a doctoral thesis and received ethics approval and consent to participate. Ethics committee approval for the entire project was gained from the Regional Ethics Approval Committee in Gothenburg (reference number 453–18). However, ethics approval was not needed for this review.
