Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The visit data in the study was extracted with the purpose of quality improvement. Visit data did not include personal identifiers or sensitive information regarding patient health status. The statistical reports were approved for publication by the head of the ED according to the Swedish “Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act” [CitationRef removed] therefore ethical approval was not required.
