: The Medicine and Health Sciences College at Injibara University’s ethical review committee provided this clearance letter (<b>IN/U/C/M/H/S/327/09</b>). Following the approval, a formal letter of cooperation was sent to the relevant organizations. In accordance with the college’s recommendation letter, permission was given by the relevant administrative Health offices. Codes were used instead of personal identification in the questionnaires. The women’s written informed consent was acquired, and occasionally the head of the family was taken into consideration. However, the information’s security was preserved by being password-protected and only accessible by the chief investigator.
