: All human breast tissue procurement for these experiments was obtained in compliance with the laws and institutional guidelines, as approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) committee from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Breast tissue was collected from patients undergoing elective reduction mammoplasty with informed consent through the Translational Science BioCore BioBank at the Carbone Cancer Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
