Ethics approval and consent to participate

: This study was approved by the respective IRBs of the five study sites (four sites of Jaseng Hospital of Korean medicine and Kyunghee University Korean medicine Hospital at Gangdong) that recruit clinical trial participants. To protect the study participants, all investigators involved in this study will receive education about the Declaration of Helsinki, Korean Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, and the predetermined study protocol and SOP.The personal information of participants will be managed by the IRB and will be kept strictly confidential. All data collected from the study participants will be anonymized; when provided to other sites for study purposes, the dataset will be provided with random codes removed of identifying personal information. When the data is provided for means other than the purposes of this study, additional approval from the IRB will be required. When copies of a participant’s bank account are required for bank transfers of transportation fees requiring personal information, the need for separate approval for collection of personal information will be explained to the participant.
