Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was developed and will be conducted in accordance with the principles stated in the Declaration of Helsinki and subsequent amendments and in accordance with the Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice (ICH Topic E 6 (R1)). The ethics committee (EC) of the Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin (EA1/243/18) approved the study. Substantial amendments to the protocol will be submitted to the EC. The CRC is responsible for informing the EC of all problems involving risks to residents. If changes in the informed consent form become necessary, these documents must be submitted to the EC as well. The residents or their legal representatives (or both) will be informed verbally about the conduct of the study by trained study assistants prior to any study procedure. Written informed consent will be obtained from the residents themselves or their legal representatives.
