: This protocol is designed according to the new paragraph 6 of the Declaration of Helsinki (Edinburgh Update, 2000), which states that even the best proven interventions must be evaluated continually through research for their safety, effectiveness, efficiency, accessibility, and quality [CitationRef removed].Prior to the start of the study, the protocol and the informed consent form and other applicable documentation was submitted to and approved by our local Institutional Review Board (IRB 2016–01-042). Documentation of Ethics Committee/IRB approvals are required before projects are activated to register and enroll patients. Enrollment began in February 2018.We anticipate completion of enrollment by the end of January 2019.
