: The study has been approved at all study sites: Ethics Commission of the Albert-Ludwig-University of Freiburg (4/16_170397), Ethics Commission at the Faculty of Medicine of the Rhenish Friedrich-Wilhelm-University of Bonn (329/17) and Ethics Commission of the Medical Association of Hamburg (MC-298/17).Participation in the study is voluntary for wards and team members. There are no risks for wards and participants. Non-participation has no negative consequences whatsoever.
