: The trial design is covered within the ethics application and overall protocol of the <i>Zakwala Ndoda</i> study (protocol version 12 of 7 July 2015). The Institutional Review Board of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA, 00003962) and the Research Ethics Committee of the Human Sciences Research Council in South Africa (HSRC, REC 3/18/02/15) have approved the study and oversee adherence to the study protocol over time, and is a registered clinical trial under the National Institutes of Health, U.
