Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Central ethical approval was obtained for the Right Dose, Right Now study from the central Medical Ethics Committee at Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc (2017.474). As the study is related to medicinal products it was also approved by the Central Committee on Research involving Human Subjects (NL61682.029.17). Local ethical approval, in accordance with national law, in the form of local feasibility approval, was obtained from the Scientific Research Committee at OLVG Oost, Amsterdam, The Netherlands (WO 18.011) prior to recruitment of any OLVG Oost patients. All protocol amendments will be documented and substantial protocol amendments will be submitted to the Medical Ethics Committee of Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc. For model evaluations for use in AutoKinetics, separate approval was sought and obtained from the Medical Ethics Committee at Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc (2017.018, 2017.282 and 2017.152). Informed consent will be sought from all study participants as detailed in the Methods/design section.
