: This study has been approved by the regional regulatory ethics committees (Ethics Commission of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg, Germany; study reference number EK-Freiburg 583/17). It has been registered at the German Register for clinical trials (DRKS00013466), a primary register of the WHO, and is conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki on ethical principles for medical research involving human subjects [CitationRef removed]. Study participation is voluntary and each participant will be comprehensively informed about the objectives of the study and the privacy policy as well as the opportunity to withdraw from the study at any time without stating a reason. Investigators will, separately, collect written informed consent and a privacy statement from each participant. Each participant will receive a copy of the informed consent forms.
