Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval from the Medical Ethics Committee of the Amsterdam UMC, location Academic Medical Center (AMC), the Netherlands, was sought, but the Executive Board of this Committee decided that an extensive test on ethical and juridical aspects was not necessary (#W18_355). The Executive Board of the Medical Ethics Committee had no objection to the execution of the study. The study protocol was also discussed and developed in close cooperation with a privacy officer in order to meet General Data Protection Regulation requirements, in particular concerning the exchange of health-related information between employee and employer, and good clinical practice. Informed consent is obtained from each participant.
