: The overall protocol has been approved by the Oxford University Tropical Research Ethics Committee (OxTREC number 52-19). Each of the country-specific protocols is also approved by national and/or institutional ethics committees in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Uganda, India, Nepal and Myanmar* (*final document pending at the time of this writing).
