: The study has been approved by the institutional review board of Indiana University (IRB 1706902669R001); the Indianapolis Veteran Affairs Medical Center VA Research Subcommittee; and the U.S. Army Medical Research and Material Command, Office of Research Protections, Human Research Protection Office (HRPO AZ160032). All participants will provide informed consent before beginning the study. Written informed consent will be obtained from all participants. The study protocol will be conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and in compliance with the Department of Defense policy and data safety monitoring guidelines. All team members have been trained to introduce, show, and take questions about the informed consent, assessment to be performed, and eventually discomforts associated with interventions before patients sign the informed consent form.
