: The study protocol has been approved by the institutional Ethics committees of both the study centres viz., Government Medical College, Nagpur, India and Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha, India on 3<sup>rd</sup> February 2021 and 24<sup>th</sup> February 2021 (vide EC-CT-2019-0129 and EC/Pharmac/GMC/NGP/2309). The study will be conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and the ICMR’s National Ethical Guidelines for Biomedical and Health Research on Human Participants (2017). Written consent will be taken from all the eligible and willing participants before their screening. The study will be monitored by a Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB).
