: The study was approved by the research ethics committee of the Shanghai Baoshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (identifier: 201809-01). All procedures performed in the studies involving human participants were carried out in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research ethics committee and with the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. A written informed consent would be obtained from each participant and would be provided to the patients for signature prior to the study enrollment. To encourage adherence to the treatment, all patients would receive the study drug and laboratory tests for free during the entire observational period. In order to protect the privacy of patients, the original materials are also stored in the hospital and cannot be accessed without the consent of the ethics committee. Data publication will also hide the patient's name.
