: This study has been approved by the Comité de Ética de la Investigación de Pontevedra-Vigo-Ourense (ethics board of the Galician public health system) with the registration number 2018/446. The informed consent will be given, if they agree, by the next of kin, to whom will be given written information about the participation in the trial. The relatives will be informed that they can withdraw their consent at any time and that they can claim to the Spanish Agency of Data Protection if their rights are not being fulfilled.
