: The Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences has approved the study protocol [session no: IRIUMS.REC. 1398.561]. The parent or guardian of all eligible participants will be informed of the study’s details and all the benefits and risks that participants may take from this trial by PI. They will be asked if they agree to use their children’s data on the consent form should they choose to withdraw from the trial. They will also be asked for permission for the research team to share relevant data with people from the universities taking part in the research or from regulatory authorities. In addition, all researchers were trained and signed a pledge to protect the confidentiality of study participants. At the beginning of the study, a written informed consent form will be obtained from a parent or guardian for participants (in two copies, one for trial participants and another for the dataset).These materials are available from the corresponding author on request. Any changes to the protocol or severe adverse events will be reported to the data monitoring committee. Confidentiality of the data and the results of monitoring will be protected.
