Declarations
:
: This trial received ethical approval from Universidade de Pelotas (CAAE: 39277420.8.0000.5313; protocol number: 4.599.646), and all participants will be informed about the research procedures. The informed consent document includes the objectives of the study, a description of the testing procedures, an explanation about interventions and their randomized allocation process, the potential risks and benefits involved in the study, the costs to the participants (none), and information on anonymized data sharing. The investigator responsible (J.H.) to provide study clarifications and seeking the participant’s ethical consent must allow the subject sufficient time to decide whether to participate in the trial. After reading the written informed consent, once a subject decides to participate, she will record a video giving consent to participate in the interventions due to the Web-based characteristic of the study and the impossibility of signing in person. All databases, including personal information collected by the investigators, will be stored under confidentiality and responsibility of the principal investigators (J.H. and S.P.). Biological specimens will not be collected in the current trial nor for use in future studies. Any modifications to the protocol that may impact relevant changes to study procedures (e.g., changes in eligibility criteria, assessments, information on risk/benefit) or administrative routine require a formal amendment to the protocol. The Ethics Committee should have approved any amendment before implementation. After this approval, the researchers and current participants involved will receive an administrative letter communicating the protocol modifications.
