: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee from Universidade Federal de Pelotas (CAAE: 58715422.3.0000.5313; protocol number: 5.510.809), and all participants was informed about the research procedures. The informed consent document includes the objectives of the study, a description of the testing procedures, an explanation about interventions and their randomized allocation process, the potential risks and benefits involved in the study, the costs to the participants (none), and information on anonymized data sharing. All participants received oral (via videoconference) and written information about their participation in the trial. The investigator responsible (EFM) for providing study clarifications and sending the participant’s ethical consent must allow the subject sufficient time to decide whether to participate in the trial. After reading the informed consent (Additional file InternalRef removed), once a subject decides to participate, he selects the option in the electronic consent form sent (via email) with the option “YES, I agree to participate” giving consent to participate in the interventions due to the web-based characteristic of the study and the impossibility of signing in person. Participants’ identity is preserved and identified by ID.
