: Whole transcriptome profiling of the NAC, UTSW, and PCC cohorts has been performed on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE), tissue samples in a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-certified laboratory (Decipher Biosciences Inc., San Diego, CA) in collaboration with academic institutions. The study used publically available data, the human ethics board of each institution approved the original studies, and all patients provided written consent to analysis of their tumor tissues [CitationRef removed,CitationRef removed].
