:
: This study was approved by the Capitol Region Committee on Health Research Ethics (H-15016782) and the Danish Data Protection Agency (RH-2016-219). Parents or other legal guardians gave individual written and oral consent for each participant to participate in the study. In accordance with Danish Law, adolescent participants 15 years or older were actively included in the consent process. This meant that while parents/legal guardians legally make the final discission regarding the study participation of any child under 18 years of age, adolescent participants were invited into the informed consent process, ensuring that older children’s voices and opinions were heard and that their will was considered fully in the decision. This study conformed to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration.
