All the procedures being performed were part of the routine care.Patient consent for the participation in the clinical study was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study and the use of data from patients’ medical records only for the purpose of carrying out the study in the form of anonymous statistical data. Informed consent for the genetic testing was obtained from legal guardians of all patients and all patients that are > 16 years of age, according to the Polish law.
