Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was submitted to The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics in Central Norway (2014/1870 REK Midt) and they assessed it as not being health research and therefore not needing their approval. The study was approved by NSD — Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD 40604/3/SSA).The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Participants received written and oral information about the project before the consent form was signed. The interviewer informed the participants of their right to withdraw from the study at any time. The project was considered to have low or no risk for the participants. Confidentiality was ensured by keeping transcripts anonymized and audio files locked in a filing cabinet. Data was only available to the authors.
