: The study only uses data that have already been collected by health care during acute medical treatment. No additional data collection through contact with the patients in the retrospective cohort is planned. The cohort size is such that, at publication, it will not be possible to trace any of the results to an individual patient. The database will not use personal identification numbers, once data collections are complete. Data of this kind could be considered to have a low risk of impact on personal integrity. The study has been approved by the regional ethical review board in Gothenburg, Sweden. The board does not think that informed consent from the patients is necessary, as the study is a patient charts/register study (EPN Dnr: 868-17). The study has been registered with ClinicalTrials.com (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03549624).
