: This is study was approved by the Clinical Research Ethics Committee from the Primary Care Research Institute Jordi Gol (IDIAPJGol). Written informed consent was not required because patients were not involved. All data was obtained from the SIDIAP database which contains anonymized longitudinal medical records routinely collected in primary care settings.
