: Serum and brain samples from memory clinic patients were from the biobank and database GEDOC. All participants gave written informed consent and permissions from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority to conduct the research have been approved (2020-06484, 2019-06056). For FINGER, serum samples were retrieved from Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare. All participants of the study have given informed, written consent, and the study was approved by the Finnish ethical review board (HUS/1204/2017), and the research conducted herein has been further approved by the Swedish ethical review board (2020-07058).
