Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All animals were treated according to the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Beijing Shijitan Hospital, which were complied with the ARRIVE guidelines. All animal procedures were approved by the Laboratory Animal Ethics Committee of Beijing Shijitan Hospital. All researchers involved in animal experiments possessed animal experimentation licenses issued by the Beijing Association on Laboratory Animal Care (BALAC). Isolation of human AM from placenta was obtained from pregnant who underwent caesarian sections and approved by Ethics Committee of Beijing Shijitan Hospital with prior written informed consent.
