: All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Care Committee of Fourth Military Medical University (Permit Number: kq-022), and all the experimental procedures were conducted following the relevant guidelines and regulations. Animals were kept in specific pathogen-free conditions (SPF) at 26 °C with a 12-h light/dark cycle. They were given a standard pellet rodent diet and water. All surgeries were performed under sodium pentobarbital anesthesia, and all efforts were made to minimize suffering.
