: MiceOutbred CD1 mice were purchased from Beijing Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) and housed in the Chinese Agriculture University animal center. All animal procedures were approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of China Agricultural University, Beijing, China.PigsForty-day-old Nongda xiang pig fetuses were obtained from the China Agricultural University pig farm (Zhuozhou, Hebei, China), using surgical procedures approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee of China Agricultural University. Recipient pigs for chimera embryo transplantation were raised at the Animal Center of Yunnan Agricultural University (Yunnan, China). Animal experimental procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Yunnan Agricultural University.
