: This study was approved by the ethics committee of the Siriraj Institutional Review Board (COA no. Si101/2015) of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. Umbilical cord blood (UC) was obtained from healthy newborns after written informed consent to do so was obtained from their mothers.
