Ethics approval and consent to participate
: A total of 60 adult male Wistar rats weighing 200–250 g were purchased from DBL (Seoul, Republic of Korea) and were maintained in accordance with the guidelines of the National Institute of Toxicological Research and Korea Food and Drug Administration for the humane care and use of laboratory animals. Animals were housed in a room that was automatically maintained at 21–25 °C, with a relative humidity of 45–65% and controlled 12-h light/dark cycle. All experimental procedures in the present study were approved by the IACUC of Chungbuk National University (approval number CBNUA-144-1001-01).
