Our institution’s committee on human research gave approval for this study, and all participants gave informed consent.All animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University. Treatment of experimental animals followed the internationally recognized 3R principle, that is, replacement, reduction, and refinement of experimental animals and the welfare ethics of experimental animals in accordance with the requirements of the guidelines for ethical review of experimental animal welfare (GB/T 35892-2018) of China.
