: This study was conducted under the approval of the Department of Cardiology, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University and Shanghai Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases. Animal experiments were conducted under the approval of the Animal Ethics Committee of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. Treatment of experimental animals followed the internationally recognized 3R principle, which is the replacement, reduction, and refinement of experimental animals. Moreover, the protocols involved experimental animals followed the welfare ethics of the experimental animals according to the requirements of the guidelines for ethical review of experimental animal welfare (GB/T 35892-2018) of China.
