: We collected the impacted third molars from humans undergoing tooth extraction for orthodontic purposes at Aichi Gakuin University Hospital. Written informed consent was obtained from each donor or the parents/legally authorized representatives of minor participants. The study was conducted in accordance with the Ethics Committee of the School of Dentistry, Aichi Gakuin University (AGU-142).
