Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Xinxiang Medical University, and all experimental procedures for human-derived specimens, including eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrium and umbilical cord, as well as their derived endometrial stem cells (EnSCs) and human umbilical cord venous endothelial cells (HUVECs) were carried out in accordance with the approved guidelines from the Ethics Committee of Xinxiang Medical University. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients and donors prior to tissue collection, and all patients and donors provided consent for the use of their tissue samples for scientific research. Fresh fertilized eggs were used in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane assay, and all experimental protocols were approved by the Animal Research Committee of Xinxiang Medical University according to the Chinese Council on Animal Care guidelines.
