: The Health Research Ethics Committee of Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia/Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (HREC-FMUI/CMH) approved the study under the title “<i>Efektivitas dan Keamanan Pemberian Sekretom dari Medium Terkondisikan Sel Punca pada AIopesia Androgenetik/Efficacy and Safety of Adipose-derived Stem Cell Conditioned Media in Androgenetic Alopecia</i>” with decision number ND-369/UN2.F1/ETIK/PPM.00.02/2021 on February 24, 2020. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, ethical approval was extended until February 23, 2022 with decision number of ND-369/UN2.F1/ETIK/PPM.00.02/2021 on May 24, 2021. The Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Unit of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital issued the location permit to conduct the research on July 5, 2021, with decision number LB.02.01/2.6.1/0862/2021. Prior to the study, we provided a thorough explanation about the research protocol and asked the participants to sign a consent form before enrolling in the study. All participants consented for images or other clinical information relating to their case to be reported in a medical publication.
