: Eran Politzer is a PhD student in the Economics Track of the Health Policy Program at Harvard University. At the time of the study, Eran was an economist at the Bank of Israel’s Research Department.Amir Shmueli is a Professor of Health Economics at the Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Public Health.Shlomit Avni is the director of the Policy planning division in the Administration for Strategic and Economic Planning at the Israeli Ministry of health. The division is in charge, amongst other things, for thr reduction of health inequalities. She holds a PhD degree from The Department of Politics and Government in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
