: Haijun Chen received B.S. degrees at the School of Computer Science and Technology, National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1997, and M.S. degree in software engineering from Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2006. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. degree at Central South University, Changsha, China. His research interests include wireless sensor networks, machine learning, and neural network.GuanZheng Tan received B.S degree in aeronautical power plant control engineering from Nanjing University Of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 1983, and M.S. degrees in automatic control theory and application from National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 1988, and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical manufacture and automation from Nanjing University Of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 1992; he worked as a professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering of Central South University, Changsha, China. His research interests include artificial intelligence and application, bionic robot and intelligent bionic system, advanced control theory and advanced calculation, and biomedical image processing.
