: Jin Chen was born in Wuhu, China, in 1976. He received an M.S. degree from Tianjin Normal University and a Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University, in 2005 and 2013, respectively. Since 2005, he has been working at Tianjin Normal University in China. He is an associate professor of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Wireless Mobile Communications and Power Transmission. His research interests include image and acoustic signal acquisition and processing, broadband sensor array signal processing, and artificial intelligence.Rong Liu was born in ShanXi, China, in 1994. She received a B.S. degree from Tianjin University of Technology and Education in 2016. She is currently working toward an M.S. degree of Tianjin Normal University. Her research interests include software programming and artificial intelligence.Ying Tong was born in Tianjin, China, in 1982. She received a B.S. and M.S. degree from Tianjin Normal University, and a Ph. D degree from Tianjin University in 2004, 2007, and 2015, respectively. Since 2007, she has been working at Tianjin Normal University in China. She is a lecturer of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Wireless Mobile Communications and Power Transmission. Her research interests include computer vision and digital signal processing.Hanling Wu was born in Anqing, China, in 1979. He received a B.S. degree from Anhui Normal University and a Ph.D. degree from Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2002 and 2009, respectively. Since 2009, he has been working at Beijing Institute of Astronautical Systems Engineering in China. Now his research interests include system design of flight vehicle, acoustic signal acquisition and processing, and artificial intelligence as a senior engineer.
