Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Before the data collection, Ethical clearance and approval to conduct this research was obtained from the Ethical review Committee of College of Public Health and Medical Sciences, Jimma University. Permission was obtained from JUSH to implement the study. Prior to administering the questionnaires, the aims and objectives of the study were clearly explained to the participants and oral informed consent was obtained. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured throughout the execution of this study. Since participants were not required disclosing personal information on the questionnaire number was used instead of their name. Participants have been informed that their participation was voluntary and that they can withdraw from the study at any time if they wish to do so. Finally they were assured whether they participate or refuse to participate, they had full right and totally it not have any relationship with their care or services.
