: The study received ethical clearance from the Research Ethics and Protocol Review Committee, Research and Human Resource Development Unit of the Ministry of Health, Eritrea, and permissions were obtained from relevant authorities at each college. Written informed consent was obtained from participants after providing a detailed explanation of the study’s purpose, and confidentiality was maintained by anonymizing participants’ identities. Participants were assured the right to withdraw from the study at any point. The research adhered to ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, ensuring the protection of human subjects in medical research.
