: This study was approved (code IR.MUMS.NURSE.REC.1398.070) by the Ethics committee of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and registered at the Iranian registry of clinical trials, with code No. IRCT20200104046001N1 in January 2020. In accordance with national regulations, written informed consents were obtained from all participants. They were informed about the ethical considerations of the study and assured of confidentiality. Participation was voluntary, and participants were allowed to terminate the survey at any time. All survey responses were entirely confidential and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
