Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics for the western part of Norway approved the project. Both participants signed an informed-consent form for their participation. Ethical rules and recommendations were followed throughout the process so as to minimize the strain on the participants and to ensure that their participation was a pleasant experience. The participants were treated respectfully and were ensured full anonymity.
