: Consent was obtained from all participants and their parent and/or guardian prior to participating. The research was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical approval was granted by Sunnybrook Research Institute Research Ethics Board (REB # 408-2011 and 409-2013). All data was collected at Sunnybrook Research Institute. However, all data was transferred with the Centre for Youth Bipolar Disorder’s relocation to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Thus, ethics approval was also granted by CAMH Research Ethics Board (REB # 168/2020 and 165/2020).
