Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants followed the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee. The study also followed the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments. The ethics committee of the Swinburne University of Technology Human Ethics Committee (SHR Project 2015/065 extended endorsement got in July 2018) has granted requisite ethical approvals. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants included in the study. According to the policy and regulation of the local ethics committee of Bangladesh, approval of National Research Ethics Committee (NREC) [CitationRef removed] is not a requirement for research that contributes to academic dissertation/thesis.
