Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval for the study was granted by the University of York’s Department of Health Sciences Research Governance Committee on 3rd September 2018 (Reference: HSRGC/2018/286/D), Research Ethics Committee approval was granted on 23rd July by Health and Care Research Wales (Reference: 19/NE/0237) and Health Research Authority (HRA) approval was granted on 24th July 2019 (Reference: 19/NE/0237). Any changes to study documents will be reviewed and approved in line with HRA requirements and annual reports will be sent to the HRA. Written consent to participate in the research study will be obtained from all participating parents/guardians, Associated Teachers and Interventionists, parents/guardians will provide written consent on behalf of their participating child/children and written assent will be obtained from participating children wherever possible.
