Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Research Ethics Committee of the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Medicine and School of Medicine approved this research protocol (No. 2020166NI). Informed consent will be obtained from the organizations’ representatives and all employees participating in the study. In the ethics approval, it is stated that consent for participation from workers is to be obtained via the web, and consent form from organization is to be obtained by document. The present study has followed this. The consent form will inform the organizations and employees that their personal information will be protected, and that the data will be kept anonymous and used for academic purposes only. The survey data will be stored on a password-protected USB stick. The data will be stored in the laboratory of the Department of Mental Health, Graduate School of Medicine, University of Tokyo. YK, KW, and NK will have access to the final dataset.
