: This study received ethics approval from the human research ethics committee of the Nelson Mandela University, with reference H20-HEA-PSY-002. For participants who did not have the capacity to provide informed consent, nearest relatives were requested to provide proxy written informed consent which was applied as long as participants did not refuse to take part.
