: This study involved human participants, and all procedures in this study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration. The protocol and its amandment were approved by the Ethics Research Committee of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (No. KET-60/UN2.F1/ETIK/PPM.00.02/2022, on January 17, 2022). Participants received a complete explanation before signing consent to join the interview. Although there were participants with no formal schooling, all participants could read and sign consent. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participants of the study.
